Ryan has over 20 years of experience in corporate, institutional and investment banking, particularly in credit risk, syndications and deal origination. He has worked across Australia and the EMEA region as a Senior Director within the infrastructure and utilities business at Westpac Institutional Bank and at Barclays Capital in the mid-market leverage finance loans and syndications team.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business – Economics and Finance from RMIT University – Honours 1st Class, and a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School.

Atiya Habib

Atiya heads the credit function and overseas portfolio management, maintaining independence from the transaction process. She is a voting member of the Investment Committee. Atiya has over 20 years of experience in debt markets, structured finance and private equity across Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa. She has advised both large-cap corporates and mid-cap companies on capital structuring and led their debt deals for acquisition, project and property financing, hybrid capital, leverage and structured finance. Previously she was a Managing Director at Barclays (UK), responsible for US$4 billion international debt business with 15 senior staff across 20 markets, originating, structuring and closing debt deals for more than 250 clients. She was a voting member of the Underwriting Committee and Capital Allocation/Commercial Return Committee at Barclays. Prior to Barclays, Atiya headed Structured Finance within Capital Markets (Syndication) at Standard Chartered Bank covering Europe, Middle East, South Asia and Africa.
Atiya holds a MSc – International Accounting & Finance, from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a MBA – Major in Finance – IBA, from the University of Karachi – Pakistan.

Adam heads the risk function and overseas the transaction structuring and documentation process. He is a voting member of the Investment Committee. Adam has over 20 years of experience in structured and corporate finance as well as funds management, with expertise in domestic and cross-border transactions. He has been a Partner of both a global and a major Australian law firm. Adam has held numerous advisory board positions for debt funds and alternate lenders and has extensive experience in corporate governance and structuring, establishing and operation of managed investment schemes and other debt funds.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Wollongong University, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Wollongong University and a Postgraduate Applied Finance degree from FINSIA.

PORTFOLIO OPERATIONS MANAGER
Ross is responsible for portfolio management. He focuses on robust implementation of credit decisions, deal structures and reporting controls; as well as proactively identifying emerging risks and opportunities in portfolio. Ross has 30 years hands on cashflow lending and risk management experience across SME, mid-cap and large cap businesses at NAB, Westpac and most recently as Managing Director ANZ at Falcon Group.
Ross holds a Bachelor Science from Melbourne University and a Masters of Business Administration from Monash University.
Anthony Luth
INVESTMENT DIRECTOR
Anthony is responsible for lead origination and transaction execution. Anthony has over 25 years banking experience with extensive careers across Business Development and Relationship Management at both NAB and Westpac. Anthony’s most recent role was Director, Westpac Institutional Bank, where he managed a portfolio of complex corporate and institutional client accounts across various industries. Anthony has extensive experience of cash flow lending, risk and portfolio management.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Melbourne University.
Kenley Chan
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Kenley is responsible for the day-to-day operational and administrative functions, as well as overseeing the onboarding and fund valuation process.
Kenley has extensive experience in client management, middle and back office, having held numerous operational roles at Perpetual Limited. He was most recently a Relationship Manager within Perpetual Private – Private Clients, specialising in ultra high net worth individuals and family offices.
Kenley holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of New South Wales and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning from Kaplan Professional.
